Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve officially hit a new level of boy band madness!

Are your *NSYNC No Strings Attached dolls sitting up in your attic, collecting dust...?

Well, cry no more for your Justin Timberlake plastic mold -- soon, you might be able to get some NEW companions for them! Ha!

Looks like the most recent pop sensation to be turned into plastic is U.K. boy band, One Direction!

The 12 inch dolls have been made available in the U.K. since the fall, but American fans will hopefully be able to purchase their own personal Harry, Zayn, Louis, Niall and Liam now that they’ve been conquering the States!

So American Directioners, don't fret! We're sure they'll hit stores sooner than later!

Quite uncanny the resemblance though, no?!

Them's some fighting words, Sharaaaaaan!

Yesterday we informed you that Sharon Osbourne is none too pleased about Simon Cowell's mention of her in his 'unofficial' biography, Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell.

Within its pages, the God of performance based, competitive reality TV claims that Sharon left UK's X Factor because she didn't like his sexual relationship with co-judge Dannii Minogue.

WRONG Simon! And Sharon is ALLL ready to tear him a new a**hole on National television... by insulting his manhood!

Watch Mrs. O list every reason why she is 'pissed off' at the Master of Mean (above), but cue to 2:40 for the genital blow (HAH)!

Despite hinting toward leaving the show last fall, Gary Barlow is, in fact, returning to judge the next season of X Factor UK.

The Take That singer had told sources he was "taking some time off next year" to spend time with his family, but most recently confirmed his return by saying:

“I’m thrilled to be back and really looking forward to working with The X Factor team again. The fact that a superstar could just walk out on that stage is very exciting.”

The next superstar may have already been discovered too! The open auditions for the UK reality show have already begun to take place with Barlow on board.

Hmm...what could be going on here?

Seems like improving the X Factor U.S. ratings this upcoming season isn’t the ONLY thing Simon Cowell should be worrying about!

Once again, the U.K. version of The Voice has beat out Simon’s Britain’s Got Talent this past weekend!

The Voice brought in an audience of 10.7 million viewers on Saturday...its best numbers to date!! Britain’s Got Talent, on the other hand, drew only 9.6 million viewers, but still improved 7 percent.

Though both shows do not air at the exact same time, there IS a 20 minute overlap when they both go head to head, with this week, more people deciding to tune into The Voice.

Looks like this overlap has had an effect on BGT, seeing as its network, ITV, will be moving back the start time of the show this weekend so it doesn’t directly overlap with its competitor.

One thing BGT can be happy about though, is that they have the higher peak audience...coming in with 12.9 million as opposed to The Voice’s 12.1 million!

Hey, you win some, you lose some, right, Simon?

BOOM.

Many critics thought Battleship was a gamble with a $209 million dollar budget and the failure of John Carter fresh in everyone's minds.

But, the blockbuster proved the naysayers wrong as it opened number one in every country it premiered except France and is now expected to make $300 million dollars in overseas sales alone!

Sure, the action film has a long ways to go before then, but Battleship is off to a rocking good start as its Day One estimate is expected to be $7.4 million!

The film made $1.5 million in the U.K., $1.1. million in Australia, and a whopping $2.8 million in Korea!

That is soooo impressive considering its stiff competition such as Titanic, Hunger Games, American Reunion and Wrath Of The Titans.

Folks in the U.S. still have a month to go before the film opens, though.

Bummer.

Oh shiz...this can’t be good!

Looks like Brit boy band, One Direction, may just have to change routes!!

Simon Cowell’s record label, Syco Entertainment, and Sony Music have just been served a $1 million lawsuit from ANOTHER band named One Direction, based in the U.S.!!!

The U.S. group claims they’ve been using the name since 2011 and selling music on iTunes under it since last February.

Interesting, seeing as the U.K. 1D was formed under the group’s name on X Factor back in 2010! Although, that was in England and America is a whole other ballgame!

The lawsuit reads:

“One Direction (U.K.) can’t navigate itself into U.S. jurisdiction without causing consumer confusion and destroying the goodwill of the U.S.-based doppelganger.”

While the unsigned U.S. One Direction has barely seen as enormous of success as the U.K. group, they are no unknowns, either! The American band has gotten over 100,000 views for their music video 2012 on Youtube and has sold pretty well on iTunes!

The attorney for the American band says the U.K. group is FULLY aware of their existence and that the name conflict was brought to their attention when they tried to trademark it in the States.

The U.S. band’s attorney says:

“Rather than change their name or do anything to create confusion or avoid damage to our goodwill, they chose to press ahead and come on their tour.”

With the recent amount of success the U.K. boys have been seeing here in America, we don't think we'd want to change our name, either!!!

Many bands in the past have had the same issue and have either sucked it up and changed their names completely or added prefixes or suffixes to their existing names.

Maybe the Brit One Direction will just have to be called One Direction UK while in America??? Or simply 1D?

Hey, it worked for Wham!

UK X Factor superstar, Cher Lloyd, got engaged on her 18th birthday back in July and cannot WAIT to run down the aisle!

The Swagger Jagger singer reveals:

"At the moment I am on tour so I can't do it but maybe it will happen in the summer. Basically, it will be as soon as we can."

Though we totally wish Cher would don herself in a crazy My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding type dress, it seems she'd rather stick to a more traditional white gown!

...maybe she’ll set aside a fiber-optic dress for the reception? LOLz!

As for the naysayers who say she’s too young to get married, Cher doesn't seem to pay them much mind.

The Simon Cowell protégé said:

"I love Craig and he makes me happy. I know I am going to spend the rest of my life with him. I have been through a lot over the past few years and I deserve to have some happiness."

Preach!!

And if you are STILL unaware of who the sassy Brit is, you better educate yourself before she gets ready for her U.S. takeover!

Cher recently performed at our One Night In… Austin event at SXSW and is currently on tour AND recording her second album!

We cannot wait for her to take America by storm!!

Well, at least he’s not a sore loser...

The Voice UK dominated over Britain’s Got Talent this weekend, in a ratings war that’s been steadily turning in favor of the US import.

Simon Cowell tweeted Sunday:

A slightly irritated congrats to Danny and the BBC. But you didn’t have a dancing dog!

I thought our team made a fantastic show last night and congrats to them as well. Loving the show this year. @GotTalent

The popularity of the show may be due - in some parts - to its positive, feel-good attitude, as opposed to the the snide, snarky humor of Cowell on BGT.

It’s still a long season ahead...we wonder who will emerge as the reality TV victor??
