And it certainly sounds as though US audiences have been VERY receptive to these seksi gents!

UK band The Wanted have been hard at working attempting to break into American mainstream, and are currently in the middle of their first ten-date, US tour, which is wrapping up in El Lay in February!

Ch-ch-check out this EXCLUSIVE interview, during which they discuss preparing for the states, as well as their excitement at the prospect of making it big over here and their reception thus far (above)!

We think it's about time a solid, talented boy band showed America what's what!

And these guys certainly have what it takes!

All the best! We're excited to see what's to come from you next!

Looks like this Emmy/Golden Globe award-winning series now has an OSCAR winning actress!

We've just learned that Shirley MacLaine has joined the cast of Downton Abbey for its third season, which premieres on UK network ITV this fall! U.S. audiences will be able to check out the show on PBS' Masterpiece Classic in early 2013.

Shirley is set to star as Martha Levinson, the "mother of American-born Lady Grantham (Elizabeth McGovern)."

Here's what executive producer Gareth Neame had to say about Shirley joining the show in a statement:

"My late grandfather directed Shirley MacLaine in Gambit in 1966 so it is a delight for me that she will be joining us on Downton Abbey."

How sweet! We wish Shirley and the entire show's cast/crew luck with the upcoming season...although we're sure they'll be just fine AND they'll prob win like a thousand more awards!

Will U check out Shirley MacLaine when she joins Downton Abbey???

Is it just us or does Chris Pine get hotter as the days go by?

The 31-year-old looked handsome as ever on Monday night at the UK premiere of This Means War held at the Odeon Kensington.

Everything looked great on Chris, the suit, the tie, the hair.

Talk about a having the overall package!

Sweet! Let's see what Pippa and co. have to say on the subject...

For those who are unaware, Pippa Middleton is an editor for The Party Times, which is an online party magazine from the UK!

In the website's most recent blog entry, they provide the world with some advice on how to do Valentine's Day right!

Here are some of their tips that we found to be particularly noteworthy:

- "Instead of going out to the cinema, why not recreate a movie theatre at home with a romantic film and snuggle up together in your very own back row, complete with cartons of popcorn."

-"...If it is just the family, get together and bake some heart-shaped cookies."

And here's the website's BEST piece of advice:

-"They say that chocolate is associated with love, so for a fun Valentine’s dessert idea how about dipping marshmallows and fruit skewers of banana, grapes and strawberries into a molten chocolate fountain. Everyone can join in – just make sure you have napkins at the ready as things may get messy!"

YUM isn't even a strong enough word! That sounds SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!

Thanks for the unhealthy delicious advice, Pippa and co! Much appreciated!

What are UR Valentine's Day plans???

A legend has been lost. So sad.

At the age of 73, Etta James died last night at a hospital in Riverside, California. Her longtime friend and manager Lupe De Leon confirmed the news moments ago, revealing that Etta's soulful and iconic voice is no longer with us.

Etta was suffering from chronic leukemia, dementia and hepatitis C for quite some time, but it was complications from leukemia that ultimately led to her demise.

The music world is mourning a significant loss today. There will never be another like her. Our deepest condolences to her friends, family and fans for her passing.

Be scared judges. Be very scared!

Simon Cowell does not want Britain's Got Talent to be a ratings flop like last year and is flying back to the UK to announce major changes to the new judges, as a source said:

“Cowell’s back and he means business. The word ‘failure’ is not in his vocabulary.”

Simon announced earlier that he's returning to the judges table, but is reportedly about to "lay down the law" for new judges David Walliams and Alesha Dixon before auditions begin.

What kind of changes does he have in mind?

Apparently he wants more variety, but that's a little vague and we're curious as to what he's got up his sleeve.

We can't believe this is actually happening!

Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond has announced that Scottish voters will get the chance to vote on whether or not they want independence from the UK in 2014.

Salmond chose '14 because he wants the vote to take place "just after the 700th anniversary of a renowned Scottish victory over the English at Bannockburn."

UK Prime Minister David Cameron isn't so pleased with Salmond's decision to delay the vote until 2014. He's agreed to help Scotland organize a vote, but he wants it to take place soon, and he wants a straightforward "yes or no" vote.

Sounds to us like the UK is ready to make a clean break with Scotland! We'll keep an ear out to see if the Scottish first minister pushes up the vote date.

What do U think? Will Scotland become independent from the UK by 2014???

France, check!!

Hollywood, check!

Island in the Bahamas, check!!!

And now Johnny Depp can add the UK to his list of homes.

We're thinking this might have something to do with France telling him he needs citizenship if he wants to stay there.

With a house in the UK, he can stay in Europe without dealing with all the hassle. ....or maybe he just really likes it there!

Either way, the god of our idolatry has purchases a thirteen-bedroom mansion in a village near Norfolk... Burnham Market to be exact.

With this fancy mansion comes a coach house, stables, and twelve bathrooms. Damn..

A place this big, we're beginning to wonder if he and Vanessa Paradis are staying together after all! We hope so anyways!!

We're sure Jack and Lily Rose want their parents together and happy in the new house!!!
