sarah-ferguson-opens-up-about-not-being-invited-to-royal-wedding

Unfortunately, actions have consequences, and she had to learn the hard way.

Sarah Ferguson has opened up for the first time about not being invited to last month's Royal Wedding - after she shamed the Royal Family by "trying to sell access to her former husband for £500,000" - and revealed that the snub was so "difficult" that she went to Thailand, while her daughters and former husband, Prince Andrew, attended the nuptials.

Although she wasn't allowed to be there, she did however maintain that she thought that Prince William's mother, the late Princess Diana, "would be so proud of her son."

Very thoughtful words!

Hopefully now she realizes how wrong her prior actions were, and she and her family can now move forward and repair the bonds that she broke.

Hang in there, gurl.

Guess it isn't boring anymore!

On June 12th, Finding Sarah will finally premiere and the world will get an in-depth look at the life of Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York. The last few years have been nothing short of a struggle for the Duchess and within this 6 episode series, viewers are going to see much more of Sarah than they've ever before.

Toted as a "journey to rebuild her life," we've learned that in the pilot episode, Sarah reveals she is ready for a total mind/body makeover, and employs some of Oprah Winfrey's best aides to help her do that. First up, Dr. Phil, who reportedly will help her face the fact that she is "emotionally bankrupt" and the traumas of her childhood.

So, you know, a really light start to the episode.

Later, Sarah will travel back to England, where she will meet up with financial-guru Suze Orman, who offers some "tough-love" advice on getting her money issues in order.

Some of the other highlights of the season include her first meeting with a Shaman, a 26-mile trek through Canada's Arctic and some quality time with horse whisperer.

Sounds…busy.

Think U'll tune in for the premiere?

pub owner gets invite to royal wedding

Sarah Ferguson must be loving this news! And don't even get us started on the Obamas. Ha!

Earlier this week, we learned that Royal Fergie was devastated to hear that she was not invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal wedding.

We can only imagine what she's thinking now that John Haley, the owner of Kate's favorite pub, has been invited to the event.

Here's what the man who runs the Old Boot Inn had to say about it:

"It's a great honor. I've known the family for a long time. They are a lovely normal family, and I'm very happy for Kate. I don't know what I'll wear though or what I'll get them as a present."

Congrats on the invite, John! You must make some WONDERFUL drinks to earn yourself a place at the royal wedding!

…Sorry Royal Fergie! It'll be all right…

royal fergie devastated after royal wedding snub

Yesterday, we heard that Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson was NOT invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton's Wedding.

Her rep had said that she never expected an invitation, but despite that, it looks like she is pret-ty upset that she got snubbed from the event.

Here's what a friend of Royal Fergie's had to say about it:

"Sarah is devastated that she hasn't been invited. Hasn't she been punished enough by the family? Sarah is down on her luck and this is the same as kicking a person while they are down."

More from an insider:

"Sarah was hoping that the wedding would provide her with the opportunity to spend quality time with the family and prove she can and does deserve to be part of the family. Any hope she ever had of being invited back into the fold is over. Sarah might be the last person on earth to finally get it but even she knows now she's not welcome."

And more from a friend of Fergie's:

"The Duchess will be watching the wedding on television just like the rest of the world, but not from England. It will be too painful for her to be in London. She will be abroad. Once again trying to start her life knowing that kissing a prince doesn't guarantee a happy ending."

As we said before, it's sad that it's come to this, but the fact is, she betrayed the royal family last year, and this does NOT come as a surprise to us at all.

This doesn't really come as much of a shocker.

The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, has been snubbed by the Royal family and will not be attending Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding.

Her representative confirmed that Fergie will be overseas, adding, "She will not be attending. She never expected to be invited."

In fact, the spokesman says, "She has declined all commercial work relating to the wedding."

Her daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are expected to attend the ceremony, however.

It's sad that it has to come to this, however, after her betrayal against the royal family last year, we're not surprised that Fergie has been snubbed. We wonder if she will be invited to another royal event ever again!

royal fergie gets invite to royal wedding

Things may not be going wonderfully with her new reality show, but we know she must be excited about this!

Despite shaming the royal family by "trying to sell access to her former husband for £500,000," Prince William and Kate Middleton have decided to invite Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson to the royal wedding.

Here's what an insider had to say about it:

"The invitations are being sent out next month and the list is almost finalised. Sarah’s invitation was at William’s insistence."

"William recognises that she is the mother of Beatrice and Eugenie and still close to his uncle Andrew."

"William also knows that Sarah was a good friend of his mother Diana and, even though they fell out before her death, they shared a lot over the years."

While the Ms. Ferguson will be invited to the wedding, it looks like she WON'T be invited to Prince Charles' evening dinner and dance, which will be held at Buckingham Palace.

At least you got the wedding invite, Fergie! All you need to do is get real with Oprah during the re-shoots for your show, and you'll be on a good track once again!

Do U think the Duchess of York deserves her wedding invitation?

oprah-orders-reshoots-sarah-ferguson-reality-show.jpg

Oprah is all about perfection.

And that's why the TV mogul has ordered reshoots and delayed the premiere of Sarah Ferguson's new reality show for her OWN network after watching disappointing footage of the show.

According to a source, "Oprah isn't happy with the show. She found parts of it boring."

The six-part series would have premiered in the spring, but a network rep confirmed that it's been pushed back. "As of now we're anticipating that it will premiere in the summer," the spokesperson said.

That's not good news. Sarah is probably holding back and doesn't want to reveal too much, however, Oprah knows that her viewers want to see the juicy stuff.

oprah-own-acquires-becoming-chaz.jpg

Oprah's OWN is shaping up to be quite the diverse network.

The network has acquired Becoming Chaz, the documentary that follows Chastity Bono's gender assignment journey into becoming Chaz Bono.

The doc will premiere at this year's Sundance Film Festival where Oprah plans to pick up about half a dozen documentaries for her new network.

Becoming Chaz directors Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato are also producing OWN's Sarah Ferguson reality series Finding Sarah.

Chaz's documentary sounds really interesting. We're glad we don't have to fly all the way to Sundance to check it out.

Will U watch?

It's coming!!

Sure, it's another 22 days before Oprah's new network OWN arrives, but we've got a sneak peek!

You'll see a lot of familiar faces and even some shots of Miz O acting a little cray cray, which is, honestly, all that we pretty much look forward to.

Check out the clip (above).

As it she doesn't have enough problems!

Sarah Ferguson, the Dutchess of York, is in $8 million of debt. At least one financial adviser is recommending that Fergie file for voluntary bankruptcy.

But the issue has been discussed between the Prime Minister and the Queen, who has said to be "deeply concerned" with the debt.

Sad. We hope she's got a comeback in her.
