Fergie (the First) is in an Eastern-European pickle!

The Turkish government is up the Duchess of York's royal ass bum for her work in filming an undercover doc about Turkish orphanages.

Earlier today a court in Turkey charged Sarah Ferguson for breaking privacy laws... but they're really just pissed they made Turkey look bad.

It certainly didn't make the country look great. The film featured footage of Turkish orphan-kids "dressed in bedclothes and rags, some of them with shaven heads and tied to beds or left in their cots all day!"

Figure heads in Turkey think Sarah, who wore a disguise to visit the homes with her daughter Princess Eugenie for the doc/TV special, made the movie in an effort to derail Turkey's attempts to join the European Union.

Um... not Likely! Fergie pretty much said that their crappy treatment has nothing to do with her political view, which -- btw --aren't even anti-Turkey.

If convicted the Duchess faces 22 years in Turkish prison. A sentence we're sure she'll end up serving as soon as hell freezes over.

Walking out of interviews has become the new d*ck pic!

Paris Hilton and Kat von D did it, and now Sarah Ferguson has too!

During the taping of her Australian 60 Minutes interview, the reporter shows her footage of her 'cash-for-access' escapades, and it pisses her off!

The Duchess was all like hell to the no and just stormed out of there.

Snap, snap!

But according to the show's producers, she had agreed to discuss the issue beforehand, so they don't understand what went wrong.

Her representation argues the footage is 'cynically taken out of context.'

Soooo why didn't you keep your azz still and set the record straight instead of storming out?

Oohh, emotions! They'll get the best of us sometimes.

And Great Britain takes a collective sigh of relief.

We don't blame them.

Earlier today, we reported that Charlie Sheen was in talks to star in the latest edition of Celebrity Big Brother over in the UK. With stars like Aaron Carter and Sarah Ferguson rumored to also be in talks, it wasn't completely out of the realm of possibility that Charlie would sign on to the project.

But here's the good (bad?) news - it's not happening.

Charlie's reps confirmed this afternoon that the MaSheen won't be appearing on the show and that all rumors suggesting otherwise are "totally untrue."

Can't say we're that surprised. He's not quite ready yet to go the way of Gary Busey.

Pop the champagne! Sarah Ferguson is no longer in debt!

The former Duchess of York was bailed out by her ex-husband Prince Andrew, who ponied up the $3.2 million she owed to creditors.

In case you forgot, this is the same ex-husband she tried to sell access to last year and got caught -- on camera!

Wow. Guess Prince Andrew doesn't hold any grudges.

Stand your ground, gurl!

Sarah Ferguson shut down a Time magazine interview when the interviewer began probing the Duchess about the her cash-for-royal-access scandal.

When reporter Belinda Luscombe sat down with Sarah earlier this week, things turned sour when the reporter wouldn't stop asking her questions about the News of the World expose.

Sarah responded with "I think we're gonna drop it right now, thank you."

However, the reporter refused to let it go and continued with the questions. Sarah then got p---ed and told her:

"I think, Belinda, that this is not a tabloid interview, so don't take it down that road... I think I've addressed your questions and I don't wish to go forward on this. Let us remember that there are two sides to every story."

Tell 'em, Sarah! The scandal is in your past and you've done more than enough to apologize to the royal family and the rest of the world who watch your every move. It's time to move on, people!

As Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, preps for the release of her six-part documentary, Finding Sarah - which chronicles her attempting to re-build her life after she shamed the Royal Family by "trying to sell access to her former husband for £500,000" - on the OWN network, she's opened up about her relationship with Prince William and Prince Harry, and maintains a positive outlook on them even after hearing some of the brutal opinions the former has of her!

Ouch. That couldn't have been easy.

But unfortunately, she's made enough grievous mistakes to warrant that kind of opinion - at least in our mind - and we think she handles the brutal honesty with quite a bit of maturity, for which we must seriously commend her!

You've got the right attitude, gurl, and we think if you continue down this path, perhaps at some point the boys - and the rest of the Royal Family, for that matter - may be able to look past your previous actions and accept that you're trying to sincerely make amends!

Last night, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, was spotted hanging out in the last place anyone would think to find her. She was seen stepping out of The George Club late in the evening, flanked on either side by her daughters, Princess Eugenie and Beatrice (hat not included).

The trio of royals really looked like they enjoyed themselves as they escaped into the London air, perhaps Sarah most of all. It's good she's spending time with her girls…so long as her reality show crew isn't lurking around in the background to film them. Then, we'd start to get skeptical about her intentions, you know?

Very positive thinking, Sarah!

Last month, Sarah Ferguson opened up about NOT being invited to the royal wedding, and she made it clear that she took it very hard.

Looks like she's had some time to think about it, because now she's chosen to look forward and not harp on the past:

"I'm looking to the future. I don't focus on the past because there's nothing I can do to change things. I have so much to be grateful for, especially my daughters."

More from Sarah on her new self and her new reality series:

"I think I've changed and people will start seeing that when they see the show."

"There are a lot of things I wish I had done differently. But you don't get do-overs in life. You just have to move forward."

Wow! We wonder if people will take these revelations seriously!

In Sarah Ferguson's upcoming six-part reality show produced by the OWN network, called Finding Sarah, the shamed Duchess of York apparently told a psychiatrist during a hyposis session that she still loves her ex-husband, Prince Andrew, and that they are still best friends!

She says:

'He and I both wish we'd never got divorced, but we did. I wish I could go back and be the bride again, but I can't. He's my best friend and the father of my children. He's a great ex.'

Apparently, though, producers of the series are unsure about whether or not this specific footage will actually air, as the show wants to keep its focus on Fergie's weight loss and financial troubles!

A source explains:

'I would be surprised if she was doing it for television - it was probably just research. (The show) is from getting fit again through to looking at why she's made the errors that she has made.'

Wow! Then that's a pretty inneresting confession!

Seems as though she has a lot of regrets, and we hope that all of this can help get her back on her feet and move forward with her life so she can hopefully let go of her past mistakes and get herself together!
