Oh man. Oh man. Oh man.
We would NOT want to be in Jon Stewart's shoes!
The comedian was a guest on The Late Show With David Letterman when he started making a joke about hiring people to take care of certain, ahem, 'needs,' clearly realizing mid-joke about the talk show host's indiscretions with female staff members!
Yeah. It's pretty brutal.
But also HIGHlarious watching him try and back pedal!
Ch-ch-check it out (above)!
SO NOT COOL!!!
Conservative radio host Michael Berry, who has made anti-gay statements in the past, has been accused of being involved in a hit-and-run after visiting a local gay bar in Houston.
A bouncer at the bar identified the former Councilman after he saw Berry's hit car hit another car just moments after leaving TC's Show Bar in Houston's Montrose Distict.
Not only that, but the bouncer admitted that Berry was a frequent visitor to the popular cross-dressing "drag show."
After he saw the two cars hit on impact, the bouncer, Tuderia Bennett, ran up to the car and got a good look at Berry sitting behind the wheel.
Managers of the bar have since turned over security camera footage over to the police, confirming that it was him on the video.
They also wrote an email that reads:
"Mr. Berry is one of those customers who has been to our establishment. The video in question that shows Mr. Berry in our establishment is in our possession. The local authorities have requested this same video and they are in possession to assist with their investigation."
Meanwhile, Bennett has a theory as to why Berry ran from the scene of the crime and hasn't turned himself in. (Yeah, we have a pretty good idea ourselves too.) Bennett says:
"If you're going to stand up and say anti-gay things and be conservative and be Mr. Good Guy, and then when something happens that points you out and puts you in a place with the exact business that you aim to shut down, it kind of makes it seem like I need this to go away and I need it to go away quickly."
Word.
Obviously, Berry is embarrassed and didn't know how to handle the situation probable. Well, it's out there now. You might as well turn yourself in!
This is NOT going to help UR reputation, Chris.
Several celebs have spoken out against Chris Brown winning the Grammy for Best R&B Album of the year...and yesterday he responded to them with the following tweet:
HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY. Now! That's the ultimate F**K OFF."
Chris has since deleted the tweet (of course).
We REALLY think he should have kept quiet...but clearly that's not in his nature.
What do U think about Chris' hateful response to all the haters???

No more tweeting should be necessary! Oprah will get PLENTY of viewers when she airs her two-hour Whitney Houston tribute this Thursday!
On Sunday, Oprah Winfrey got into some trouble by tweeting the following message to her followers (which she has since deleted):
"Every 1 who can please turn to OWN especially if u have a Neilsen box."
Immediately, the twittersphere began criticizing her for being "desperate," and people accused her of "begging for viewers."
When Nielsen learned about the tweet, they released the following statement:
"In accordance with our policies and procedures, Nielsen is reviewing this incident with our clients and we may withhold, breakout and/or make a note in the ratings. We take any violation of our policy seriously and will work with clients to resolve the situation."
Here's what Oprah had to say in response to a bunch of angry tweets:
"'Desperate' not ever a part of my vocab. Just making a request, since I can't watch myself. Choice is yours."
"The word 'please' is used as courtesy not a beg."
"Unethical a little harsh don't u think? Seemed like it made sense to me. Sorry if u're offended."
And here's a less defensive tweet that Oprah finally sent out to her followers:
"You really are more than a number."
We don't think Oprah had any ill intentions with the tweet heard 'round the world, but we're glad to see that she seems to acknowledge why people took issue with it. Hopefully this will be the last we hear about this drama!
What do U think? Do U have a problem with Oprah's tweet asking her followers to watch her network???

Oh no!
Mark Ballas' Audi was involved in a three-car fender bender on the Sunset Strip that left the vehicle so damaged it couldn't be driven - and the Dancing With The Stars dancer wasn't even behind the wheel!
Apparently, his girlfriend Tiffany Dunn was responsible for the crash when she drove into a Porsche, which in return, knocked that car into another!
Luckily, no one was hurt and insurance can cover all of the damage, but eek!
We imagine this means he'll be suspending Miz Dunn's driving privileges for quite some time!
Glad everyone's safe, though!

Oopsie daisy!
As part of his recently-announced two-picture deal with Paramount, Michael Bay has been officially confirmed as director for the much-speculated upon Transformers 4, with a release date of June 29th, 2014!
However, apparently, this news, was only made public after one of the producers of the franchise, Lorenzo di Bonaventura, spilled the beans in an interview (above), and the director "went crazy" once he found out!
The source explains:
“Lorenzo was at a toy fair and someone sticks a camera in his face. So Lorenzo goes on this 60-second tirade speaking on behalf of everyone — the studio, Michael Bay — and it’s inappropriate. The locks haven’t been changed on Lorenzo’s offices — yet…”
Uh-oh! But we can certainly understand their frustration with him!
Especially because he talks about it being a reboot! Which is a big development for the series!
What do U think?? Are U interested in a Transformers 4?
No Russell Brand!! That's bad!! Very bad!!!
Maybe he was a bit distracted after finalizing his divorce with Katy Perry, but as soon as Russell got behind the wheel, it wasn't gonna be a pleasant ride!!
First, he goes the wrong way down a one-way street and onlookers say he didn't realize it until after sitting in his car for a while. Must have been so confused!!
And is that his phone?? It's illegal to hold your phone in California!! Even if you're a celeb!! And dangerous!!
He finally made it onto Sunset with his next stop probably being House of Blues now that Katy's officially out of his life.

Nice to know that Brad isn't an arms dealer!
Back in October, a SWAT team raided a warehouse in Budapest, which was holding REAL weapons for Brad Pitt's upcoming movie World War Z.
As a result, Hungary's Anti-Terrorism Unit started up an investigation, which went on for several months...but yesterday, it was officially announced that the case would be dropped.
Apparently, the investigation was stopped because the seized weapons arrived at the customs-free area of Budapest's international airport "without any 'organization or person with ownership rights' waiting to take them over," and "criminal responsibility" couldn't be established.
Yay for technicalities! Brad Pitt must be thrilled! LOLz!
But seriously Brad - please stick to prop weapons in the future.

A guy scored Eva Longoria's number. But he probably won't be getting much more than that!
Eva was leaving her BFF's salon in West Hollywood when she pulled into traffic and bumped the car in front of her.
Her Beamer left only minor scratches on the other car but the WeHo guy didn't care.
He was just happy to have Eva's celly!

Not impressive.
CNN analyst Roland Martin has been suspended from the network for tweeting the following disgusting comments about David Beckham's H&M ad during the Super Bowl:
"Ain't no real bruhs going to H&M to buy some damn David Beckham underwear!"
"If a dude at your Super Bowl party is hyped about Beckham's H&M underwear ad, smack the ish out of him."
And here's what CNN finally had to say about Roland's deplorable tweets earlier today:
"Roland Martin’s tweets were regrettable and offensive. Language that demeans is inconsistent with the values and culture of our organization, and is not tolerated. We have been giving careful consideration to this matter, and Roland will not be appearing on our air for the time being."
We're surprised that it took CNN this long to take action against Roland, but at least they made the right move here. Hopefully in the future he'll think twice before he tweets out ignorant and hateful messages.
Ugh.
