Mz. Jennifer Lopez is bringing in the cash and cashing in on this year's Forbes World's Most Powerful Celebrities list! But don't be fooled (by the rocks that she's got, got) -- she's still Jenny from the block!

From On The 6 to America's hit TV show, J.Lo tops this year's list at numero uno, for her "career reincarnation" and for earning $52 million over the last 12 months!!

The annual list is based on money AND fame, with fame being defined as media visibility and social media presence!

While Oprah stays snuggled in at second place like last year, Justin Bieber follows right after the talk show legend, ranking at number 3 and earning $55 million.

Pretty impressive!

Though second (second is the best...?), Oprah STILL ranks as number one in TV/Radio AND in earnings, making $165 million in just this past year!!!

Rihanna comes in at number four, with one million more in earnings than J.Lo, while Lady Gaga dropped from number one last year to number five in 2012, making just as much as Lopez.

Newly appointed X Factor mentor, Britney Spears took in $58 mil at number six, though we're sure the Femme Fatale will get a boost next year after her XF paycheck comes in!

Making only $18 million at number seven? Kim Kardashian! The reality star did, however, come in at number five for TV/Radio.

California Gurl Katy Perry hits number eight, Tom Cruise is at number nine and Steven Spielberg takes tenth place.

From Lakers games to baby showers and photo shoots, Kanye West has definitely been glued to Kim Kardashian’s side since going public with their relationship!

Reportedly, according to Kim, we WILL be seeing Kanye on the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians...at least, in a few episodes!

Kim recently revealed:

"If we are having dinner and he does show up, I'm sure we're not going to go, 'Stop the cameras!' I'm not going to be taking a bubble bath and drinking champagne or on a sex swing [on camera] like Khloé [Kardashian Odom] and Lamar [Odom] do. It's not going to be like that."

...but what else could they possibly show? LOLz!

As for continuing to share her life for all the TV viewers to see? Kim said she’s become a bit more “guarded” since showing nearly every aspect of her life with Kris Humphries.

Kim explained:

"I showed so much of myself in the past. You almost get embarrassed showing this big wedding, which I would have had cameras or not. So I think you want to just guard yourself."

Fair enough! We'd keep some things to ourselves this time around, too.

For a second there we thought that Kanye West was going out of his way to score brownie points with Kris Jenner by spending some time with her on Mother's Day!

The rapper was spotted hanging out behind-the-scenes of a photoshoot in El Lay's China Town yesterday, but obviously, he was not there to support the Kardashian matriarch!

Just his girlfriend Kim, who happened to be sporting a very short wig!

Lyrics from an upcoming Pusha T track suggests Kanye West would be totally cool asking Kim Kardashian to write a third set of vows for him.

In his feature, he raps:

"Even though I met you in the club in a tight dress, at first sight I could picture you in a white dress.
Now she back in the club in a tight dress with dreams of someday wearing a white dress."

WoW! We can't wait to hear the proposal rap, ha!

Of course, close sources won't confirm or deny who the rapper's muse was when he wrote the lyrics -- or if there even was one. The insider coyly beats around the bush:

He's just trying to make dope songs. As has always been the case with Kanye's music, people will interpret the lyrics to apply to his life or their own. That's the beauty of it.
