She can't help what the world says about her, but U can bet Kim Kardashian is gonna make sure nobody bullies her fans!!

Apparently there's been some major dramz going on with her website!

Haters sign in, probably with multiple accounts, to bash her and her fans but OH NO! She is NOT havin' it anymore!!

She made a special post dedicated to her anti-bullying policy, stating:

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again… I will not allow bullying on my blog.

You can say what you like about me, but when you come on here and harass and bully other fans, you WILL be banned from leaving comments.

This is not a place to take out your frustrations with your own life on other people. I was honestly shocked today reading some of the comments… from people who are old enough to know better.

Find something better to do with your time, because I don’t want you here, and neither does anyone else.

We're not sure how she's gonna find time to sit down and ban EVERY person who's slammin' her fans, but we know she means business!!

And srsly, it's one thing to have an opinion on a public figure but when people start bullying each other over it... LAME!!!

This continues to drag on longer than it needs to be.

Kim Kardashian is looking worse for wear and it seems like her pending divorce is still weighing on her.

Kim K has offered former hubby Kris Humphries a settlement to keep things nice and neat but Kris isn't having it. The basketball player still wants to prove that the marriage was a sham.

Kris believes that if he can ahold of tapes from a December shooting of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, he might be able to prove the marriage was fraudulent.

Photogs snapped Kim and momma Kris outside a studio, wearing the same outfits Kim and Kris wore when Kim tells her mother that the marriage is falling apart.

Kim wants this to end. Kris wants revenge. Will either of them break?

Those photos are really coming back to bite her in the ass!

It's no secret that Kim Kardashian's emotional breakdown over her marriage to Kris Humphries to Kris Jenner that appeared on Kourtney & Kim Take New York - while the two were supposedly in Dubai in October - was staged, as the reality starlet was photographed exiting a soundstage in the exact outfit, make-up, and jewelry she was wearing on camera on December (above) but now, it appears that Kris Humphries is using that exact instance to prove that the union was fraudulent!

The basketball player's attorney is reportedly looking to question his ex, her mother, and E! executives about the entire scenario, as he thinks it backs his case!

Well, it certainly doesn't make her look good! But is it enough in the eyes of the law?

Twist! Bet you didn't see that one coing Kris Humphries! Hope you didn't sign any deals with any networks yet!

Going against the grain and throwing a lot of people off guard, Kim Kardashian has her legal team working very hard to ensure her divorce from Kris is handled in private mediation -- no cameras allowed!

It's Kim's hope that by taking their divorce out of the spotlight, the proceedings won't take longer than the actual marriage itself. A source close to the Kardashian family adds:

“A public trial is the last thing that Kim wants, and she has instructed her lawyer to formally petition the court so that the divorce can be heard by a mediator, which is routinely done in California, since it's a no-fault state. Kim doesn't want a long drawn out trial. She wants the mediation to be private, confidential, and legally binding. She and Kris have no assets together and kept separate bank accounts, so this is a fairly routine divorce proceeding. Kim just wants this over and done with.”

Sounds pretty cut and dry to us! Shouldn't be too much trouble once they get down to it. But seeing as Kris has caught the reality TV bug, their biggest hurdle might be getting him to agree to keep this private.

Good luck to ya, Kim! Here's hoping you can end this thing quickly and quietly ... even though it has already been three months. But who is counting.

Following an incident last week where a strange man rang the doorbell of her Beverly Hills home with luggage and insisting that he had invited her to stay with him, Kim Kardashian is reportedly so terrified that she's actually selling the property, and looking for a new place in gated communities around Bel Air and Mulholland!

Heads up, potentials! She requires around-the-clock gated security!

But when everyone started giving her shiz for the crybaby scene in Kourtney and Kim Take New York, she was able to laugh with everyone and agree!!

Kim says:

Ok, I have to admit I do not look cute crying! LOL! And I do cry a lot.

Ha!! She then posted a bunch of stills of herself crying from Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

We think it's great she's getting better at accepting her looks when she's not all dolled up. Hopefully this growth continues!!

Because seriously, more people would love her if they could relate to her, and not everyone relates to the glamour 24/7!!

With so many rumors flying around about what exactly landed Demi in rehab last week, the tabloids are having a field day with all the speculation and are milking her "exhaustion" for all it was worth. Apparently, she is a "time bomb" set to emotionally explode at any moment. And another mag reports she is in a "desperate spiral" with no hope of regaining her life back.

How simply frightful! (We mean how much money they are probably making off of this story!)

When she poses for her Twitter dolls, she makes sure they get the goods!!!

After dying her hair a lighter shade of dark brown/raven/whatever, she decided to post her new 'do on Twitter!! Also in the pic?? Her boobs!! We guess her Twitter motto is "no cropping necessary," ha!

She tweets:

I dyed my hair lighter yesterday! I'm loving it! New hair color=new beginnings for me. You like?

Of course, to her credit, her hair is so long, the boobs are gonna get in the pic! And who needs a t-shirt?? We mean, we HIGHly doubt she had AC wherever she was, LOL!!

So over the weekend, we showed U the clip above and we all finally got to see how Kim Kardashian reacted to the realization that her marriage was over!! And U guys went bananas over it!!

But in case some of U missed it... here's a recap!!

On last night's Kourtney and Kim Take New York season finale, Kim lost it. Completely lost it!

After everything inside finally boiled up, Kim went fleeing into the secret make-up room and bawled her eyes out. (We'd be shocked if her eyes didn't sting after all those mascara tears!)

That's when Kourtney came in. And Kim just let it loose:

It is hard for me! He's a good heart, he's a Christian – everything on paper I want in someone, but for some reason, my heart isn't connecting.

I feel awful that I made him move out here and change his whole life. I feel sad, I feel bad for the guy. He feel in love with me and I fell in love with him and now all my feelings have changed.

I invited all these people to this huge wedding and flew everyone out, wasted everyone's time and everyone's money – everyone's everything – and I feel bad! At 30 years old, I thought I'd be married with kids and I'm not. I failed at this. People change their minds, people make mistakes.

So clearly, she's showing some remorse there. But of course skeptics will say it's staged like other scenes, and that's totally possible!! We're not saying we 100% believe it!

But if it was, give this girl an Oscar! We were shocked enough as it was when she stormed into her secret make-up room to cry! Audiences never see that room!

But wait!!! That's not even the most shocking part of all... during the episode we also saw Kris moving his stuff into storage. And that's when he considers the relationship and tells his friend, "I think I just want to get a divorce!"

WoWW!! So looks like HE was thinking it too!! We thought he was all heartbroken and surprised! Well...blind-sided or not, his heartbreak couldn't have been that bad, now could it!?!

Very inneresting stuff here!!! We can't wait to hear more of UR thoughts on it!!!

Sources close to Kim Kardashian are saying that a man showed up at her Beverly Hills home late Saturday night...and wouldn't leave!

We're hearing that he approached the security gate, buzzed the intercom, and "claimed Kim had flown him into town to stay with her." He tried to say that he would be working on her show.

Apparently, this totally freaked out Kim (we'd feel the same way), and she had her security people call the cops.

No word yet on whether or not this man was arrested, but he's obviously delusional and needs to be off the streets, whether that means putting him in a psychiatric facility or jail.

...Unless he actually WAS supposed to work on her show, but we seriously doubt that!
