Brit-Brit’s Lawyers Slam Sam Lutfi With A “Wrongful Rentention” Suit

Sam Lutfi? There's a name we haven't heard in a looooong time. That guy is STILL trying to suck money out of the Britney Spears?

Good thing her lawyers are better than his!

It just so happens that Brit-Brit and her family are still embroiled in a legal battle with her former manager. Sam is STILL trying to sue the pants off of Princess of Pop for "defamation" and some other malarky, but in the process, he might have just killed his chances of ever seeing a dime. You see, back in 2007, Britney was a VERY different pop star. Those dark days are far behind us, but at the time, while she was trying to gain custody of her boys, she was required to submit to a drug test. Those results were sealed by the court due to the nature of the custody case, but Sam's legal team wants to use them as exhibits in the upcoming trial.

Big no-no! Now, Team Spears is accusing Lutfi of "wrongful retention" of those results, insisting that he has no legal right to introduce this evidence unless he formally files a motion with the judge that had ordered those documents sealed. If he is found guilty of not doing that, it could be a HUGE kink in his plans to bring Britney down.

Good! This guy's nothing but a gold-digger and a swine. How deplorable of him to throw back in her face everything she did give to him for the sake of getting ever more money.
