Fantasia’s Getting Sued By U.S. Bank!

This is the last thing she needs with a baby on the way. Girl, we thought you settled all your money problems. Let's hope she has a few tricks up her sleeve projects in development that will garner her a paycheck.

Fantasia is being sued for $25,000 by a collection company on behalf of U.S. Bank for allegedly owing them money. Neither side has come forward to explain any details about the lawsuit, but the U.S. Bank is very serious in pursuing it. That number reflects not only the money they seem to think is owed to them, but also 10% interest per year dating back to May 2009.

So you stiff them on a loan? Is that it? Either that or this is one hell of an overwithdrawl!
