Dr. Who Movie Starring Who??

Try not to geek out because it remains unconfirmed, but there is talk of a Doctor Who movie being made…

And Johnny Depp playing the lead!

One website has quoted the former showrunner of the successful BBC series saying that Johnny is secured for the role and that the Doctor Who film will be released in 2012. (The article was later removed from the site, probably because the guy wasn't supposed to say anything.)

Part of us hopes it's true for all you fans, but then we have to wonder how he is going to fit this in with production of the next Pirates all but around the corner.

We're thinking this is false, but hey, there is always hope!

Would U want to see Johnny play the good Doc. Who?
