She is 18 and her dad, Bruce Willis, threw her a party on Friday at his home. In this pic, Tallulah looks like she is having a ball, in relaxed jean short and wearing a tiara. People Mag reported that the whole gang was there… T’s sister, Rumer, Bruce and his pregnant wife, Emma, but of course the missing person was Demi, which is further proof that she is in rehab lockdown because she couldn’t even attend her daughter’s birthday party.

Tallulah does look happy in this photo and it is great that she has the support of her father and siblings and that they ensured that she had a fabulous birthday, despite the recent dramas with her mom. I think it is wonderful to see Bruce Willis really rising to the challenge of being the supportive father and being there for his kids. Initially, I felt strange about seeing Demi’s kids partying like there was nothing out of the ordinary happening in their family. I almost wanted to say… “wait, hang on a sec, your mom is in hospital and you’re partying.” But, having time to think about it a bit, I’m glad that Demi’s children are carrying on and enjoying their life. An 18th birthday is a significant one and it is good to see them making the most of these special occasions, despite the sad circumstances.

This time, it was a solo trip for Russell as he was seen shopping around tattoo parlors in El Lay to get some new ink done.

Brad and George might actually be one of my favorite Hollywood pal pairings, they are just too adorable together and really seem to have developed a genuine friendship that transcends red carpet shows and sets. Their ongoing practical joke is one example of this. In an interview Brad did for Inside the Actors Studio (which I think will be screened later this week) he told reporters that he’s “the one who actually started their practical joke war in the first place”.

So, what was the joke that Brad pulled on George?

Back when the two were filming one of the Oceans 11 movies in Italy, Pitt says that Clooney received surprisingly deferential treatment from the film crew. The reason? A note Pitt sent on Clooney’s behalf.

“I sent a memo to the entire Italian crew, in Italian, that said, ‘Dear Crew: We wish you a wonderful shoot. George Clooney asks that, this is a very difficult role for him. He needs to concentrate deeply,” says Pitt, 48. “Mr. Clooney asks that you try not to interrupt him, look him in the eye. If you do need to address Mr. Clooney, please refer to him only as ‘Daniel’ or ‘Mr. Ocean.’ ”

“It went on for two weeks,” Pitt added. “He handled it gracefully, but he was becoming unnerved, I think.”

Brad now knows that George is planning a major prank, which he has been working on for 2 years, and threatens to “end his career”…Brad however, isn’t surprised, and said that he’s already got his own plan in motion.

“I knew that something bad was going to happen by me doing this, so I came up with a second [prank],” Pitt tells Lipton. “Whatever he’s got, this is uglier. It’s so bad, I don’t even know if I can do it.”

Ooh…. wonder what it is!?

The project is going to be directed by Brian Henson who did A Muppets Christmas Carol and written by Todd Berger from Kung Fu Panda 2. The story is set in a fictionalized universe where puppets and humans co-exist, but the puppets are seen as “second-class citizens”. A disgraced detective puppet is called on When the cast of a popular 80′s kids show gets murdered by a serial killer one at a time.

The role that Katherine is reported to be in talks about is the private eye. This is obviously a very different role to the typical things she has done in the past, mostly in the realm of relationship comedies. Think Knocked Up… It is great to see her branching out and pushing her comfort zone as this is going to extend her as an actress and not pigeon hole her into a particular category of film. We don’t know yet if Katherine has got the part, but I think it will certainly be interesting casting if she does. The story sounds a little crazy but quirky and cute, kind of reminds me of a film version of Avenue Q? What do you think?

Yikes! We have a feeling that alliances are certainly going to be divided between whomever makes it to the third season!

Charlie is going to be playing the role of a former baseball player with anger issues who winds up as an unconventional anger management therapist. Selma will play Charlie’s own therapist, and I guess also envisioned as a love interest for him!?? Hmm….

Reports are saying that the producers had been trying to get Selma from the beginning. She was initially approached and invited to test for the roles. She is a lovely actress and will no doubt give the comedy quite a classy feel to it. It is a slightly odd couple her with Charlie though, right?

Production is meant to begin in mid-March so we should see something this year. FX has reportedly bought 10 episodes and if that hits ratings target, there will be a 90-episode order. Seems like Charlie might be back on our screens, whether we like it or not. I’ll be tuning in to see what Selma is like, and I have to say.. I am kind of fascinated to see how Charlie scrubs up since his departure from Two And A Half Men..

First off how about Giselle Bundchen, the hot Brazilian model. She’s the wife of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady so clearly is a Patriots fan and will be rooting for them. Last week an email she sent to friends and family encouraging them to pray for her hubby’s win against the New York Giants was leaked.

Singer Jordin Sparks is a big supporter of… the Giants! Why? Her dad, Phillippi Sparks, played cornerback for the team in the ’90s. Now, there’s some interesting trivia for ya Sunday mornin! Rooney Mara who starred in the Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, is also the Granddaughter of Wellington Mara, the longtime Giants owner!

The Cirque Lodge specializes in “individualized addiction treatment,” and has apparently been the go-to for other celebs who have needed some rehab time including Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Mary-Kate Olsen. The reports are saying that Demi is being treated for both an eating disorder and addiction issues.

“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people…it became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help.”

Obviously, we don’t know what exactly Demi is being treated for, and the reports could be somewhat of an exaggeration, but at least we know that all that speculation about Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher visiting Demi wasn’t true… because she was in Utah. The reports are also suggesting that Demi acknowledged herself that she needs help, which is good sign. I am glad that Demi is getting treatment and taking time out for herself. This is a good thing as I see it, and some space and time away from the stresses of Hollywood sound like they could restore Demi to the health and vitality she had previously.

Jane Levy, whom you may recognize from the ABC sitcom Suburgatory, is reportedly in negotiations to take over for Lily Collins, who exited production of the Fede Alvarez-directed feature, as Mia, a young woman recovering from a recent overdose and heading to the remote cabin in the woods with five friends and - yeah, you know the drill!

Between this, Sam Raimi producing, and Diablo Cody revising the latest draft of the script, we imagine this could be one of those rare remakes that does the original justice!

At least we hope so, anyway!

Ryan Gosling’s body is about to get even hotter! For his upcoming boxing film, Only God Forgives, Ryan is kicking and sweating his way through grueling workouts at Muay Thai Academy of America in North Hollywood, under the eye of the school’s owner and main trainer, Kiu Puk. Kui Puk chats with Life & Style about the workout routine and diet the 31-year-old heartthrob’s following as he prepares for the role. “Ryan’s disciplined and enthusiastic, and above all, he loves his training,” Puk tells Life & Style about the ripped star who has been training at the gym four times a week for the past two months. “He trains for around two hours at a time — it’s pretty nonstop,” Puk says. The trainer, who has worked with many movie stars, says Ryan is one of the easiest clients he’s had! “Some of the big stars come in here for two hours and try to conduct business on their cellphone while they’re here,” Puk tells Life & Style. “But not Ryan. He’s polite, always listens to what I’m saying and follows all instructions.” Of course, adds Puk, diet is also key: “I’ve recommended that he stick to a traditional Thai diet of fish, green vegetables and rice. I can tell he’s sticking to it.”

HMMM … I love everything about this. Sure, the photos of Ryan coming out of his training sessions — sweaty and barefoot — are kinda hot but … wouldn’t it be nice if we got to see some photos of Ryan in action as he trains? Maybe we’ll get to see The Gosling busting out some MMA moves before his new film comes out. Let’s all keep an eye out, shall we?

The late Michael Jackson’s father is seen here sat at his kiosk, surrounded by fragrances. Joe wasn’t exactly swamped with customers and appeared to be dozing-off, according to celebrity website TMZ which obtained the image. Joe was the special guest at the Julian Rouas Paris kiosk selling Jackson Perfumes underneath a famous sketch of The King of Pop. To make matter’s worse – the whole operation may be illegal. According to TMZ, Bravado International – which owns the trademark to all things Michael Jackson – is suing Julian Rouas Paris, alleging the company never got permission to use Michael’s name or image.

As much as I really loathe the things that Papa Joe Jackson did to his children, I can’t help but feel extremely sorry for this sad, pathetic man. I highly doubt that he has to resort to selling crappy perfume in shopping malls just to survive but … who knows, maybe he does. I think there is something to be said for karma. This man made a fortune off the blood, sweat and tears of his children. Now, he’s reduced to selling crap at a mall … and no one’s buying! This is just … sad.

Joe Francis is apparently none too pleased with Madonna for using his trademarked title Girls Gone Wild as a song on her new album, MDNA, without his consent, and fired off a cease-and-desist letter to the pop icon, essentially banning her from performing the track during her halftime performance at the Super Bowl!

However, a rep for Madge has replied that luckily, the song is NOT part of her set list!

Now we wonder if they're still going to try and get money from her regarding the usage of the title on the album!

I’ve been really wanting to go for a while now but, again, life has been bizzy. David and I are annual passholders and we don’t use them as much as I’d like so … no more excuses, today is the day. I’ve been meaning to add another pair of Mickey Mouse Ears to my collection and I always love it when David wins me a prize at the Boardwalk Games in California Adventure so … it should be fun. I really want to get there while there’s still daylight because I want to take some Polaroid photos. Fun Fun Fun!

Although it was being reported that she was in denial about her very obvious issues, Demi Moore has apparently checked herself into the Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, where she's been dealing with her eating disorder and substance problems for the past week.

An insider explains:

"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people. It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help."

Well, thank goodness for that.

Hopefully now she can begin to come to terms with her problems and begin the healing process.

"This claim is entirely without merit and our client has not engaged in any wrongful conduct. Drake tried for months to resolve the matter amicably, and he now looks forward to being vindicated in court."

Furthermore, other sources close to him are asserting that he is adamant that he and this chick never even had a relationship!

Hmm...it's sounding more and more to us like this is some disgruntled groupie trying to get her fifteen minutes!

Over the past few years, Archie Comics has become one of the most socially progressive comic book publishers in the market, with genuinely solid storytelling that’s been pushing the boundaries of what they’ve done with their formula in the 70 years since the freckle-faced teenager made his debut. Today, they announced their latest move: In the upcoming Archie #633, they’ll tell the story of a future where Archie marries Valerie Smith (of Josie and the Pussycats fame) and they have a daughter. It won’t be the first time that Archie has portrayed an interracial marriage in their comics. This month’s Life With Archie #16 already hit that mark by putting the marriage of a gay soldier right there on the cover of one of the few comics you can still pick up at the grocery store. That was a huge deal, but it’s also worth noting that as big a step as it might be, it also involves two characters — including Archie’s gay classmate Kevin Keller — that were largely created to fill that role. Valerie and Archie’s romance, however, is something different. They’re two established, high-profile characters, one of which has been a fixture in Archie’s media efforts and another that the actual company’s named after — coming together in something that you just wouldn’t have seen from those characters, even five years ago. When Archie and Valerie first started dating back in 2010, I wrote about what it meant in the context of a company that in the past had treated interracial dating as something so controversial that obviously black characters were colored in the stories to have lighter skin. In fact, it was standard practice for years to introduce minority characters in twos so that they could pair off without having to date Betty or Veronica — a Nancy for every Chuck and a Frankie Valdez for every Ginger Lopez … But the best part is that while you might be able to call it a stunt from a publishing perspective, in the comics, it’s just another simple fact of life for the character that’s meant to represent America’s typical teen. According to Archie CEO Jon Goldwater, the man credited as a driving force behind the company’s current edict to try new things, the fact that Archie and Valerie fall in love and have a kid is no big deal to the characters:

“To us, this is just another chance to tell a great story. The fans want more Archie/Valerie – they ask about it at shows and everywhere we go. Like we did with the best-selling LIFE WITH ARCHIE, where Archie marries Veronica and Betty, we thought it’d be interesting to show a future where Archie marries Valerie from Josie and the Pussycats and the life they lead together. I can’t really speak to whatever issues some people might have with them getting married or having a child. Like Kevin Keller’s wedding – it’s not an issue in Riverdale. Riverdale welcomes everyone and always will. For us, it’s about telling a great story involving two wonderful characters and how they interact. The fans have asked for it and we’re making it happen.”

I can’t even tell you how much I am impressed by Archie Comics. The way that they feature inclusion so effortlessly in their funny pages … it’s really amazing. I’m sure it means a lot to little kids who see themselves represented in the comic books they like to read. I’ve honestly always been pro Archie and Betty (as opposed to Archie and Veronica) but I think this pairing of Archie and Valerie is my new fave. I love this so much. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Edward Dillard, a man from Florida, has filed a lawsuit against Newt Gingrich and his security team after they apparently roughed him up outside the Florida Republican Presidential Primary on January 31st - for supporting Ron Paul!

According to the legal documents, Gingrich and his wife, Callista, approached him outside the polling place and shook his hand, but when he noticed Dillard wearing a shirt expressing his support for Paul, the nominee "immediately turned his back" and went to greet other people. His security team then apparently approached him and tried to "intimidate him into moving from the spot."

When that didn't work, he asserts that one of the agents "lifted his heeled shoe over Dillard's right foot and dug the back of it into his skin, twisting it side-to-side like he was stomping out a cigarette, causing a fracture to Dillard's right foot," and then shouted to other members of the team, "Everyone step on his toes!"

Although Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump shot a pilot for her own spin-off show, Bravo has reportedly passed on it!

A source explains:

"Lisa was hoping to follow in the footsteps of New York housewife Bethenny Frankel who had her own successful spin-offs focusing on her wedding and new baby but the network decided not to pick up her show."

Well, we adore her, and certainly think she has what it takes to carry her own show, but if worst case scenario here is that she just sticks to Housewives, then that's fine with us, too!

A woman named Ericka Lee dated the hitmaker from 2010-2011 and says she helped him write his hit single Marvin's Room. She was reportedly offered $50,000 by Drake "to go away and not file a lawsuit against him," instead of given a credit as a co-writer.

Well, now she's suing for that credit, along with unspecified damages, attorney's fees and punitive damages after alleging in court documents:

"They traded poems, song lyrics and discussed untertaking creative projects together. Lee candidly shared her life story and creative ideas with Drake and trusted him as a confidant, lover and friend."

To make her case, she's even got text messages from the music star which appear to recognize she had a part in writing the song, reading things like, "U basically made that song," and "it's s**t without you."

So far the song sold over half a million downloads, while accumulating 38 million views on YouTube.

What's the deal, Drake? Did you screw this young lady over or is she just pissed that you dumped her?

In what must have been the most poignant performance of his life, Nick Carter took to the stage in New York last night to pay tribute to his tragic sister. The former Backstreet Boys singer dedicated a moving ballad to the 25-year-old, who died earlier this week of a suspected drug overdose. Nick, 32, was upbeat at the start of his gig, but then became wistful as he introduced Falling Down. He said: ‘I’ve never done this before and I never thought I’d ever have to, but I’d like to dedicate this song to my sister,’ People.com reports. Nick then did a rendition of the Backstreet Boys song I Want It That Way, telling the crowd: ‘Let’s celebrate her life.’ The singer was performing at New York City’s Irving plaza. Members of the crowd held up pink paper hearts which they had made specially in honour of Leslie – which Nick acknowledged during his show. A friend of Carter’s told People.com he was surprised the singer had carried on with the show following Leslie’s death on Monday. He told the website:’He said he didn’t want to talk to anyone before the show, but to make sure I come backstage after. He hasn’t talked to me about it yet but he seems fine.’ Meanwhile Leslie’s brother Aaron took to Twitter to express his mix of emotions over her death. He tweeted: ‘#broken #distraught #pain #confusion #disbelief #agony #Anger #lost #Sad #Family #LeslieCarter #empty #Leslie #dazed #Heaven #Sister.’ He also wrote: ‘My “Family” Appreciates your love and prayers, My Father (Bob Carter) My mother (Jane) (Angel) (Bobbie Jean) & her husband (Mike Ashton).’ According to a police report, Leslie Carter endured a long battle with mental illness and depression before overdosing. Our family is grieving right now and it’s a private matter.’ Nick, 32, is scheduled to take to the road with the Backstreet Boys later this spring and dedicated the upcoming tour to his sister. His publicist Jack Ketsoyan [says]: ‘Nick is thankful to the many people and the fans who have shared their wishes and prayers during this tragic time. We want to let the fans know the tour will go on as promised.’ Nick said: ‘Performing is cathartic to me and I am dedicating the rest of my tour to my sister since she loved to watch me perform.’

This is just so sad. It must be very difficult for Nick to move forward with the successes in his life when dealing with such a tragic loss. It’s really tragic to hear of Leslie‘s struggle with depression before she died … the girl was only 25! The fact that she leaves behind a husband and a 1 year old daughter is just … man, so sad. Shooting starts in March, so we'll get to see Anger Management debut in June. We're just wondering if he'll be able to keep it together. He said:

We guess what we're trying to say is that anything's possible at this point, because that quote is classic Sheen, but the fact that he was able to keep quiet on the potential stars for as long as he did when they asked him to shows us he trying!

Here's the breakdown for Smith's character:

Smith will play Charlie’s ex-wife Jennifer, a role billed as a sexy woman who doesn’t exactly have it together. Married young, she never found an identity outside of Charlie. They divorced after he spent years cheating on her, but they remain close and are raising their teen daughter together.

And Blair's:

The other woman in Charlie’s life belongs to Blair, who has been cast to play his therapist, Kate, a character described as beautiful, if a bit neurotic. As his former team psychologist, she helped Sheen’s Charlie control his anger. Now, she is both his friend and his therapist with benefits.

We hope it all works out, guys, and that you have a hit on your hands!

Back in November, Black Sabbath announced plans to reunite for a 2012 world tour AND a new album!

Now, the band's drummer Bill Ward is saying that he won't join the reunion unless he's offered a "signable" contract:

"At this time, I would love nothing more than to be able to proceed with the Black Sabbath album and tour. However, I am unable to continue unless a 'signable' contract is drawn up; a contract that reflects some dignity and respect toward me as an original member of the band."

"Several days ago, after nearly a year of trying to negotiate, another 'unsignable' contract was handed to me."

More from Bill:

"If I'm replaced, I have to face you, the beloved Sabbath fans. I hope you will not hold me responsible for the failure of an original Black Sabbath lineup as promoted."

We don't know all the details, so it'd be impossible for us to say whether or not his current contract is truly 'unsignable,' but we do hope that it all gets figured out! We know there are TONS of Black Sabbath fans out there who would go totally nuts for a full-fledged reunion!!!!

We've just learned that One for the Money star Katherine Heigl has signed on to star in Face Blind, which she'll also be producing.

The indie flick is being described as follows:

"...An independent thriller about a psychologist struck with a rare affliction that makes it impossible to distinguish people by their faces. When a man who terrorized her most vulnerable patient stalks her, the psychologist can’t recognize him, and her husband thinks she’s the one who is going crazy."

Actually sounds pretty cool! Perhaps this one will save Katherine's movie career!

But due to some clever wordplay and maneuvering by Warner Music, they may have been gipped for MILLIONS of dollars!

The sister act and songwriter Ronee Blakely have banded together with a 35 page class action lawsuit against Warner Music.

Warner Music classifies digital downloads as sales rather than licenses. Sales offer far less royalties and less restriction so one can see why the company do so.

But the sisters are not having it!

Other artists are expected to come forward with the lawsuit. Newer artists cannot as their contracts explain the difference before they choose to sign them.

If Sister Sledge and other artists win this case, then the payout will be colassal.

Reports state that hundreds of MILLIONS of dollars are at stake.

Insurance companies of her neighbors are slamming her with a lawsuit, claiming a leak from her apartment caused extensive water damage.

The lawsuit claims Tomei's negligence caused over $128,000 in damages.

One of her neighbors is actually the famous director, John Waters.

Yep. John Waters. LOLz!

But he's got no beef with Marisa. He states that the lawsuit is a standard procedure the insurance companies do.

Lenny Kravitz recently opened up about taking on the role of Cinna, the stylist and quiet mentor of Jennifer Lawrence's character in the adaptation of The Hunger Games, and explains that he was immediately drawn to the role after reading the script for the film, directed by Gary Ross!

He explains:

"I thought it was really good storytelling. I'm very much into stories. The character was interesting. I like [director Gary Ross's] previous work. And I said, 'Yeah, let's go,' [Cinna]'s very streamlined, he's very quiet. He knows what he's doing. He's confident. He's got a big heart. I just liked the way he moved – very smooth."

Well, we're happy to hear he has such a grasp on the character, and we cannot WAIT to see him - and the rest of this immensely talented cast - in action when the flick is released!

MC Harvey went to a tabloid and told them he and Chezza got real intimate in the past. But as soon as she heard the news, she flipped!!

She tweeted:

Was this relationship in your head @HarveyOfficial?! Are you smoking something? I think I've met you once maybe twice at public events and With your wife!!

And now she's suing the publication, but they're not going down without a fight! A spokeswoman for the magazine says:

We completely and wholeheartedly stand by our exclusive and refute any accusation that it contains untruths. Michael Harvey himself released a statement earlier this week standing by what he revealed in his interview in Now magazine. The article is not defamatory and was published in good faith - we will strongly defend it.

And THEN Harvey's rep released a statement too:

Since the comments were published, Michael has felt that Miss Cole should not have publicly accused him or the magazine of publishing untruths, and in fact should have let this all blow over.

As a result, Michael has been publicly criticized and condemned by Cheryl via Twitter and the tabloids, but the truth in the article remains the same. Michael feels he should back up these comments and allegations. However, he has no intention of doing so in the press or public domain.

MC Harvey has retaliated against Chezza's tweet with a bunch of his own -- tweets where he claims to have sexy emails from her and says she should "pipe down."

Uhmmm.... did he really tell Chezza to pipe down?? WHAT!?! Ugh!!

We had heard they'd been asked, but turned it down. Now, we know why:

They had gotten the offer, and of course to play the Grammys would be a big deal. The problem was that the Grammys only wanted them if they collaborated with someone else. And because they didn't want to compromise their music, they declined.

Here's what Vernon said:

"We wanted to play our music, but we were told that we couldn't play. We had to do a collaboration with someone else. And we just felt like it was such a large stage. We're getting nominated for this record that we made, me and Brian [Joseph] and a bunch of our f***ing friends, and we were given accolades for it. And all of a sudden we were being asked to play music that had nothing to do with that. We kind of said 'f*** you' a little bit and they sort of acted like they wanted us to play, but I don't think they wanted us to play."

And it wasn't even the people they wanted them to play with, as they were "awesome people" and "people that [he] would love to play a song with." It was this:

"F***in' rock n' roll should not be decided by people that have that job. Rock n' roll should be the f***ing people with guitars around their backs. And their friends. And their managers."

And here's how he feels about the Grammys ad spot:

"There's a big misunderstanding-- I don't want to sell music. But if people are going to be selling music, and they want to sell our music without disturbing the medium of what it actually is, we want to f***ing do that. I want people to hear the music that we make. I don't want to do it in any shitty way."

We can understand all of this. There are a lot of people out there who are making decisions that shouldn't be making decisions who are just thinking about the show and not the music. There is always a need to stand up for the integrity of something you've pained yourself in creating, we get that.

But we do feel like it's coming off as a little pretentious. Just decline and have your reasons, just don't make it sound like a tirade! (Also, you really don't want to sell your music? Come on.)

The album was hands down one of the year's best, though, so we have to give them that. And having that gives them the right to be protective of it!

Here's what it's about:

Arrested Development and Ally McBeal alumna de Rossi plays one of them, a brilliant and successful woman who has to go to work for her less brainy but more popular sister — a former beauty queen, weather girl … and now big city Mayor.

That sounds pretty great, and everything Portia's been in recently has been incredible, including the very underrated Better Off Ted (we wish it was still on!).

So, we hope they knock it out of the park and we get to see at least a full season!

A little over a year ago, we were THRILLED to hear that Ricky Martin had been cast as Che in the upcoming Broadway revival of Evita!

Now, a clip has been released of Ricky's co-star Elena Roger, who previously starred in a 2006 production of the show at London's Adelphi Theatre in the West End! (above)

Despite being one of Hollywood’s most famous actors Jake Gyllenhaal has never been a fan of the camera. The shy American tried his best to stay off the radar last night while out and about in Exmouth Market, London. Wearing a green hooded coat and a pair of beige trousers the Donnie Darko star had enjoyed a solitary lunch at East London restaurant Moro. After leaving the Muslim Mediterranean restaurant he headed through Clerkenwell with his Los Angeles Dodgers black on black baseball cap pulled low. The 31-year-old actor was also sporting a ginger coloured beard and seemed to be content wandering around the city by himself.

HMMM … I suppose it’s probably more likely that Jake was not in the mood to be photographed and that is why he was looking so sour but … still … doesn’t he look like he needs a hug? Would any of y’all kind folk be up for obliging the poor guy? No word on what Jakey is doing in Lodnon but if he stays there long enough, we may find out. Don’t stay away too long, Jake, we miss you here in LA.

To make room for a new comedy block, FOX has confirmed that Glee will be going on a seven week hiatus. Beginning March 6th, Glee will take a break and be replaced by Raising Hope at 8, followed by I Hate My Teenage Daughter at 8:30, New Girl at 9 and the Season 2 launch of Breaking In at 9:30.

The show's "winter finale" (which we were pretty sure was the Christmas episode, but whatever) on February 21st and will return on April 10th. The only good news is that when it returns in April, the show will air all originals through the end of the season.

Presumably, that will be the beginning of the end. Nothing is concrete yet, but the deep pain in the pit of our stomach tells us that those episodes will be the last for a lot of our favorites. It's going to be so hard to see them go.

We're going to have to spend those seven weeks in deep mediation to mentally prepare for this.

On second thought, maybe we should start now ...

AZEALIA BANKS, a 20-year-old rapper from Harlem, has a filthy mouth. Very few lines, and not a single verse, of her hit song “212” can be reprinted in this newspaper. The song’s stark black-and-white video, shot before a plain brick wall, has been viewed more than three million times on YouTube. It shows off a thumping reggae-spackled beat, her lyrical prowess and, perhaps most important, her unique fashion sense. In the video, she’s in pigtails, denim cutoffs and a vintage Mickey Mouse sweater. And in the coming months, you can expect to see Ms. Banks and her anti-glamorous mix of Harlem swagger and downtown cool reinterpreted in numerous fashion magazines. She has been photographed by the Dutch photo team Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin for V magazine, by Matt Irwin for GQ and by Nicola Formichetti for Elle. And in early January, Terry Richardson shot her for a spring fashion spread in T: The New York Times Style Magazine. Fashion designers, in particular, seem to be drawn to her street-meets-chic look. Despite her recent globe-trotting, Ms. Banks insists that she is still the girl from Harlem. “Life is the same,” she said, a sly smile forming between her churlish lips. “It would be the same thing if I were still working at Starbucks, having to deal with a manager, and a shift manager,” she said, along with customers that elicited language fitting of her lyrics. “This is a job.” Ms. Banks grew up on 152nd Street, between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway. Her father died of pancreatic cancer when she was 2. Her mother, who worked as a sales clerk at an art supply store, and who Ms. Banks said could be physically and verbally abusive, devoted herself to putting Ms. Banks and her two sisters through school. Performing was always a passion. She attended private and Catholic schools in Harlem, where she danced with the National Dance Institute, a nonprofit arts group. Once, she performed at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts, the so-called “Fame” school, which Ms. Minaj also attended. The school changed her life, artistically and stylistically. The song, which could be heard on BBC 1 in the fall, was included on the NME 2011 Cool List and the Pitchfork “Top 10 Tracks of 2011” … The aggression in “212” is palpable, not just in the beat but also in the crass lyrics, in which she asserts her dominance over a male opponent. Ms. Banks considers herself bisexual, but, she said: “I’m not trying to be, like, the bisexual, lesbian rapper. I don’t live on other people’s terms.” Now, her budding star power has landed her on a major label. Two weeks ago, she signed a deal with Universal Music and she plans to put out her first album this spring. Ms. Banks takes it all in stride. “I’ve been out for three years,” she said. “I’ve been around.”

According to the letter, which asserts that the pop icon is trying to get a "free ride on the valuable consumer goodwill and brand recognition" of the Girls Gone Wild trademark, she must negotiate a licensing agreement for it usage, holding accountable the number of times she's already used it, and she must not perform the song during the Super Bowl halftime show!

What?! That last part seems seriously ridiculous!

Apparently, Madge has to answer by 5pm PST today before legal action is taken.

The 25-year-old New York City native’s front page was shot by famed photographer Mario Testino while clad in a broderie anglaise blouse and collar by Louis Vuitton. Set to hit newsstands on February 6th, highlights from Lana’s candid interview are as follows:

On Christopher Kane and Emilio de la Morena choosing her music to accompany their spring/summer 2012 shows:
“I had no idea about the fashion shows. But I think they chose Video Games because it embodies summertime sadness. Fashion is inspired by youth and nostalgia and draws inspiration from the best of the past. I think both the song and the collections touch on the light and the dark side of life.”

On her rise to musical stardom being almost accidental:
“I was always singing, but didn’t plan on pursuing it seriously. When I got to New York City when I was 18, I started playing in clubs in Brooklyn – I have good friends and devoted fans on the underground scene, but we were playing for each other at that point – and that was it.”

On choosing her stage name:
“I wanted a name I could shape the music towards. I was going to Miami quite a lot at the time, speaking a lot of Spanish with my friends from Cuba – Lana Del Rey reminded us of the glamour of the seaside. It sounded gorgeous coming off the tip of the tongue.”

You know … I like Lana … for the most part. Yes, the trying-too-hard/obviously manufactured image is a bit off-putting but I enjoy listening to her music. I really like Born to Die a lot more than I thought I would. I’ve read many of the negative reviews of her album and I really think most of them are based on a hatred of her that has nothing to do with her talent. I think in the long run, she will be fine. As I’ve said before, I’m really curious to see her perform live so … hopefully, I’ll get to catch one of her shows soon. She looks really lovely in this Vogue feature. I think I’d like to see more from Ms. Lana Del Rey.

"Reports that Hugh Grant has exited Bridget Jones’s Baby are untrue. We are still working on the script hence the delay to the start of production, but the film is going ahead as planned."

The studio claims that the film will still shoot this year, but it could be much later in the year! A source close to the movie is saying that the cast/crew have been told that "the delay could stretch into the fall."

We just hope it gets made, sooner or later! We generally prefer original movies to sequels and threequels...but this is one we'd really like to see! Especially because the original cast will be back!

This week, Arnold Schwarzenegger took a cue from the Perezzers and decided to visit India...but unfortunately he wasn't granted access to the Taj Mahal when he tried to get in!

We're hearing that the location was closed to tourists this morning "due to Muslim prayer sessions."

Ah well! With all the money he's making from The Expendables 2, we have a feeling he'll have no problem setting up a second trip to see the Taj if he doesn't make it there this time!
